Events Barbados uses a private management system to prepare quotes and coordinate photography assignments.
With the account owner’s permission, we use their Google account email to identify the connection and Google Calendar to create and manage booking calendars and events. Event information includes the title, time, location, assignment briefing, invited photographer’s email and invitation responses. The connection does not request Gmail access or access to existing personal-calendar events.
We use Zoho Books to manage customer contact details, services, prices, quotes and quote responses.
Booking and connection information is stored using Wix, Google and Zoho to provide these services. Access to management records is restricted to authorised staff, and connection credentials are protected. Calendar invitations share the approved event details with the selected photographer. Private booking notes and quote amounts are not included in those invitations.
The account owner can disconnect the services in management or revoke access through Google or Zoho. Disconnecting does not automatically delete existing bookings, quotes, calendar events or copies already received by others.
