Lush: a familiar space, transformed
A look back at the people, atmosphere and experiences in our event archive.
At Lush, the grounds of the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre became part of the event’s transformation. Colour, lighting and floral touches changed the character of a space more usually associated with arrivals and parking.
As daylight gave way to evening, the setting took on another mood. The cooler-party format left room for friends to gather in their own groups while sharing the atmosphere around them.
That contrast is what stays with the recap: an everyday space reconsidered as a place for celebration, with the crowd giving it its final character.
