At Pure Ocean Restaurant in St Lawrence Gap, Rum and Tings brought food and rum together as part of the Gourmet Safari experience. Our coverage followed the work of chef Henderson Butcher and his team alongside drinks from Alexander Da Vinci and his team.
The setting gave guests a chance to experience the evening through more than a single dish or drink. Food, service and conversation became connected parts of the occasion.
